After joining Tiger Town CrossFit we require you to go through our "Basics" training.  This program is designed to teach you the foundational elements of CrossFit. You will attend 3 one hour sessions with a coach then you will be enrolled in the regular WODs.  Basics classes are held on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5 p.m.
