We have some options for those wanting to get started with us.  

1st option:  If you have been CrossFitting for more than 3 months and have gone through an On-Ramp/Basic course at another CrossFit gym you are welcome to start right away and join the WOD classes!

2nd option:  If you are new to CrossFit, you must complete the Basics Course that we offer.  This is a 3 day course.  We have classes, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 5 pm.  This is required before an athlete is able to work out at the WOD class.  The course cost is $60 and each class last about an hour long, and after completion of the course, the membership dues will the start when the athlete comes to the WOD class.

You are also welcome to get a tour and we can also answer any questions that you may have.
