We have some options for those wanting to get started with us.  


1st option:  If you have been CrossFitting for more than 3 months and have gone through an On-Ramp/Basic course at another CrossFit gym you are welcome to start right away and join the WOD classes!


2nd option:  If you are new to CrossFit, you must complete the Basics Course that we offer.  This is a 3 day course.  We have classes, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 5:30 pm.  This is required before an athlete is able to work out at the WOD class.  The course cost is $60 for 3 classes . Upon completion of the course, the membership dues will the start when the athlete comes to the WOD class.


You are also welcome to get a tour and we can also answer any questions that you may have.
