What is CrossFit? 

We get this question a lot. CrossFit is defined as "constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity." Basically what this means is that we workout using what we call "core movements in life" through the basic elements of lifting, running, rowing, gymnastics, and more.  By using a constantly varied approach to training, functional movements and intensity lead to dramatic gains in fitness. But for Tiger Town CrossFit there is more to CrossFit than just the workouts and the fitness gains. We focus on the community that our client gain when they join our box.
